No fitness outfit required.

Specific Yoga, breathing and meditation session for tensions release and stress reduction, to enjoy a peaceful mind and spirit during the time spent at work. It helps to increase the brand and corporate identity, employees performance and motivation as well as the general well-being index. Fashion-related sensory experience: a guided and creative meditation and some specific Yoga practices allow to emphasize the appreciating feelings involved into the process of choosing a fabric, a jewel or a perfume.

This experience its an amazing and mindful way to show a special collection of a brand.

It is an exclusive combination of 2 different disciplines and includes taste, olfactory perception, emotion, imagination, freedom of expression, creativity.

WORKSHOP: YOGA FOR THE “COMPANY WELL-BEING”

Presentation of the benefits coming from Yoga practice into an “organized team” (companies, schools, institutions, teams of athletes). Presentation of the “Stress Management” project and the results of a research conducted on a sample of companies having adopted this practice for their employees.

Duration: 45 minutes + 15 minutes Q&A

EXCLUSIVE WORKSHOP/PRACTICE: HOW YOGA AND MEDITATION CAN DEVELOP OUR CREATIVITY

Specific sessions of breathing, relaxation and meditation to stimulate people creativity, useful to inspire new ideas and to foster innovation. The practice is combined to a theoretical part on storytelling and autobiography tips. It can help storytellers and all people involved in creative matters.
